Her father was assigned as Vulcan ambassador to Delta IV when T’gana was 3 and she spent the bulk of her childhood there. Her father died - under somewhat nebulous and possibly scandalous circumstances – when T’gana was 15 and she and her mother returned to Vulcan. Despite her parents best efforts, T’gana was deeply impressed by her time on Delta IV and was prone to argue – albeit logically – that perhaps the Vulcan dedication to pure logic was lacking something. It has since been her determination to explore as many other cultures as possible in order to either suuport or refute her theory that the Vulcan racial tendency towards violence could have been better dealt with than it has been. For a Vulcan, T’gana is alarmingly emotional. By any other standard, she is formal, aloof and utterly logical – in other words, a perfect Vulcan. She excelled in school and has served well in her time in Starfleet, garnering not a single negative report – although few truly outstanding ones, either. Her father’s diplomatic skills seem to have passed onto the next generation and she has proven a worthy member of any first contact team. Beliefs: The existence of a supreme deity is not a logical theorem. Ambitions: To determine if Vulcan logic is the best choice. Hobbies: Reading – usually non-fiction… she has also discovered some 20th century computer games that are entrancing – for no logical reason. Most curious. Languages: Fed standard, Vulcan, Romulan, Deltan, Barolian and Elaasian. (The last 3 with a VERY strong accent.) Special Abilities: T’gana’s telepathy is fairly weak, but well trained. She can usually tell if someone is lying, but rarely anything further.
